Art of Aging is a collaborative effort of Marion Senior Services and Marion Cultural Alliance that celebrates aging through art, stories and education. Whether one admits this or not, celebrating another birthday can be daunting, especially when the number continues to climb, but that higher number is a blessing and should be celebrated!
This unique exhibit celebrates aging in photographs, lectures and paintings by Marion Cultural Alliance artist members over 55. Oversized photographs by local photographer, Ralph Demilio, spotlight some of our community’s seniors being served by Marion Senior Services and are the centerpiece of the exhibit.
The Brick City Center for the Arts Gallery is sponsored by The David Midgett and Lisa Irwin Midgett Foundation, Renasant Bank, Valerie Dailey, Showcase Properties of Central Florida, and Angie Lewis, State Farm.
