Job Description
Seeking an outgoing and personable individual for a Full-Time position in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle high stress situations and multi-tasking with ease.
Title Insurance or mortgage background preferred. Must have administrative experience.
Qualities required for positions are:
  • Excellent Communication, interpersonal, organizational and telephone skills
  • Ability to positively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
  • Order and Data Entry proficiency 
  • Time Management - able to prioritize through immediate need of customers and job responsibilities 
  • Excellent Customer Service- effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and answer questions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have Excellent Typing Skills
  • Ability to effectively listen and communicate with customers
